Return Policy – Wholesale
All wholesale sales are final. Mr. Christmas does not accept returns or exchanges on wholesale orders.
If you receive a defective product or your order arrives with missing items, please contact us at wholesale@mrchristmas.com within 30 days of receipt. To ensure we can assist you promptly, all claims must include a written description of the issue along with supporting images.
Claims submitted after the 30-day window, or without adequate documentation, may not be eligible for resolution. Mr. Christmas reserves the right to assess each claim individually and determine the appropriate course of action at our discretion.
Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender at the buyer's expense.
For orders shipped via a carrier, any damage must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of receipt and reported to the carrier directly. We strongly recommend inspecting all shipments before signing off on delivery. Failure to note damage at the time of delivery may affect your ability to file a freight claim.
