Refunds and Returns Policy

Mr. Christmas offers a 30 day money back guarantee. All you have to do is go through our easy returns process. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and must also be in the original packaging.

Simply follow the return instructions below and return your item within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price. Once the item has been shipped back to us, we will process your refund less any applicable shipping fees.

We want to ensure that we process your return as quickly and smoothly as possible. If you purchased your item on, please email to receive a return authorization number. Please write your return authorization number legibly on the outside of the shipping box.

To ensure timely processing of your return, we suggest shipping your return via UPS or certified mail return receipt. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that we do not offer free return shipping.

If you purchased your item from QVC, please call QVC customer service at 800-367-9444 to process your return.


Clearance items

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately clearance items are not eligible for return or refund.


Damaged or Defective Products

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If your product arrives damaged or proves to be defective within 30 days of receipt, please email with proof of purchase and we will do everything we can to exchange the item.



Return shipping is the responsibility of the consumer. If you are shipping an item over $75 we recommend purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
