Shipping Policy – Wholesale

Carrier Preferences

If you have a preferred carrier or shipping account, please provide your third-party account number at the time of ordering. Freight charges will be billed directly to your account. If no carrier preference is specified, Mr. Christmas will select the most cost-effective carrier available for your shipment.

LTL & Freight Shipments

Larger orders ship via Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight on a pallet. By placing a wholesale order, you confirm that your receiving location is equipped with a loading dock or freight-accessible entry and that you are able to accept pallet deliveries.

Please be aware that additional accessorial charges may apply, including but not limited to inside delivery, residential surcharges, liftgate fees, and appointment scheduling fees. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

All freight must be inspected at the time of delivery. Any visible damage or discrepancies must be noted on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing. Failure to do so may limit your ability to file a freight claim.

Freight Quotes

Freight quotes are available upon request and will be provided prior to shipment when applicable. To request a quote, please contact us at wholesale@mrchristmas.com.

Shipping Timeframes

Estimated shipping timeframes will be communicated at the time of order and again as the estimated ship date approaches. Mr. Christmas is not responsible for delays caused by carrier availability, weather events, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Risk of Loss & Shipping Terms

All shipments are made FOB Mr. Christmas distribution center. Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer upon handoff to the carrier.

In cases where Mr. Christmas selects the carrier and arranges freight on the buyer's behalf, with freight charges passed through on the invoice, Mr. Christmas will make reasonable efforts to ensure proper carrier selection and packaging. However, Mr. Christmas's liability for carrier-caused delays, loss, or damage is limited to reasonable assistance in filing a freight claim.

Buyers are responsible for inspecting all shipments upon delivery and noting any damage or discrepancies on the delivery receipt before signing. Failure to do so may limit your ability to pursue a freight claim.
